Yll Bajrami, CEO of UniCare, began his career as a service technician before co-founding two successful startups in the dental equipment sector. In 2021, Yll and his partner acquired a significant stake in UniCare. Under his leadership, UniCare has seen substantial growth in revenue and sales numbers. His focus on operational excellence ensured that every device supplied by the company was covered under preventive and maintenance contracts, significantly enhancing service reliability and customer satisfaction.
Dr. Burim Neziri is a seasoned medical professional and entrepreneur. He has been a pivotal figure in UniCare’s growth since 2006, especially in expanding its diagnostics division. A significant aspect of Dr. Neziri’s role at UniCare has been his management and expansion of the Abbott Diagnostics business line. His strategic leadership and deep industry knowledge have been crucial in growing this segment, enhancing UniCare’s offerings, and strengthening its position in the market.
Taulant Gashi, COO of UniCare, started his career as an executive assistant for a German Embassy-affiliated attorney, quickly moving into the medical equipment sector, co-founding a successful dental startup. Transitioning to UniCare, Taulant has been instrumental in recruiting highly skilled staff for UniCare and negotiating contracts for the installation of Philips medical devices internationally. His active work strengthens UniCare’s reputation as a competent provider, capable of meeting both local and international demand with high competence.
